"I love the office and the doctors that work there, I wish I could say the same about the lab tech that works I’ve had multiple visits to this office for lab work, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been uncomfortable. I am a difficult stick, and instead of being met with patience or care, I’ve felt rushed and spoken to in an unwelcoming manner. During my most recent visit, the staff member performing my blood draw was rough and dismissive, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the office can address this."
